Personal Fundraising Strategy

To help with your personal fundraising journey, we have compiled three methods that have been successful for previous missionaries that have taken part in our trips. We simplify these three methods by classifying the three methods as

"Saying Things" - getting face-to-face with the right people
"Writing Things" - sending out support letters and notices to the right people
"Selling Things" - using creative talents or trades to create items that relate to your cause and that you can sell

Saying Things

Getting yourself in front of the right people to hear your conviction and desire to explore missions is likely the most effective way to raise funds.

Writing Things

Writing support letters is a very generic strategy to raising money for missions but often has very effective outcomes if targeted correctly.

If your surrounding community does not seem to fit into the Saying Things and Writing Things market, selling strategic items may be your best method.
